Licensed Residential Home Inspector

We are a growing and highly rated Home Inspection Company servicing Chilliwack to North Vancouver. We are looking to grow by adding a full-time inspector. We are looking for highly motivated people who are passionate about providing service and value to homebuyers, sellers and Real Estate Agents and wanting a long-term career. We are BC's highest rated home inspection company and we are looking for a professional home inspector to join a very reputable team.

Do you have the following qualifications?

CPBC Licensed Home Inspector

Exceptional customer service skills 

Clear verbal and writing skills

Experience in the home construction industry

Have a keen eye and be able to identify problems and make quick decisions

Understanding of the home buying process and real estate

Knowledge of construction defects

Professional, sincere, and friendly demeanor

Punctual, non-smoker

Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license & insurance required

Available for work weekdays and weekends
