Say Hello To Mitch

We are pleased to announce that professional home inspector Mitch McCarthy has joined the I Find It Inspections team! Mitch is a licensed home inspector (BC #68660) with the Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors (CAHPI), a graduate of the Carson Dunlop Home Inspection Training Program and also a graduate of Home Inspection Training Program of Vancouver's Ashton College. His hands-on-experience allows him to confidently make recommendations, putting nervous buyers minds as ease.

Mitch has become highly skilled at renovating investment homes over the past 20 years. He has personally completed major home renovations and knows the ins-and-outs of construction and interior finishings, making him exceptional as a home inspector. Mitch can handle the toughest projects and has the ability to analyze and determine proper versus improper construction at each and every home inspection.
